Booking

Cancellation

A 24-hour notice is required to cancel an appointment.
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will result in the loss of your $20 deposit.
If you cancel three appointments without 24 hours' notice, you will no longer be able to book with us.

Rescheduling

A 24-hour notice is required to reschedule an appointment.
If an appointment is rescheduled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, a $10 fee will be added to your next appointment.
Rescheduled appointments must be made within two weeks of the original appointment, or it will be considered a cancellation, and cancellation policies will apply (loss of $20 deposit).
If you cancel a rescheduled appointment, you will not get your deposit back.

Late Policy

There is a 15-minute grace period, but please try to arrive on time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, a $5 fee will be added to your appointment.
If you are more than 20 minutes late, a $10 fee will be added to your appointment.
If you are more than 30 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will lose your $20 deposit.
If you are late, we cannot guarantee you will receive your full service, but you will still pay the full price.
If you are more than 30 minutes late two times, you will no longer be able to book with us.

No Show Policy

Not showing up to your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.
If you do not show up, you will still be expected to pay the full appointment price.
If you do not show up to your appointment, you will have one more chance to book with us. If you do not show up again, you will not be able to book with us in the future.
If you no-show, you will be required to pay for your next appointment in full in advance with no refunds.

Payment Policy

Payments are made before the appointment begins.
No refunds.
If you refuse to pay for services or fees, you will be blocked and no longer able to book with us.
